About us
XP arena is heavily inspired by the book Reality is Broken by Jane McGonigal. Being a teacher myself, I'm constantly looking for ways to motivate and inspire my students. Gamification, or at least a gameful approach, makes so much sense for education. Goals should be small(er), less complex and fun. Learning should be a challenge that stimulates motivation with every quest that’s completed. To build XP arena, I used a lot from this book, so I definitely recommend reading it!
